Chamber furnace, brick and ASW insulation, cylindrical muffle, gas and vacuumtight, Ø 380 mm, heated length 600 mm, Tmax 750 °C, 15 kW

Aplicaciones:

hardening, nitriding, nitrocarburizing, tempering

Gas nitriding of tempering steels (f.ex. 42CrMo4), which are due to its chemical composition appropriate for hardening and which show in tempered state a good ductility at tensile strength. Purpose of use f.ex.crank shafts, axle journal, drive rods cold extruded parts etc.

Further applications annealing, hardening,  and tempering of metallic materials

    • Muffle material Inconel 601 (2.4816)
    • Max. continuous working temperature with muffle 750°C
    • Temperature distribution in useful chamber +/- 3 K

    • Gastight chamber locked by a vacuum lock
    • Gas feeding device, gas tight with mass flow controllers (H2,CH4,NH3,N2)
    • Heating by FeCrAl heating spirals
