The most important characterstics

  • Compact continuous belt furnace for the industrial application with a useful chamber volume of appr. 3.500 l
  • The transport is done via a flat wire link belt of the material 1.4828.
  • Frequency-controlled transport speed in a range of 0,08 – 0,3 m/ min.
  • The heating system of FeCrAl heating elements in the cover and in the bottom is divided crosswise to the transport direction into 7 control zones with each 36 kW.
  • Heat recirculation out of the cooling zone via a low pressure high performance ventilator with a volume flow of 9300 m³/ h in the area of the inlet zone/ pre-heating zone.
  • Active cooling system by 4 pcs. double ventilators in the cooling zone with a volume flow of 060 m³/ h each.
  • Staggered exhaust system with manually operated throttle valves in the area of the first two zones.
