The furnaces of our KK and KK-H models with maximum short-term temperatures of up to 1400°C and a volume between 55 and 2760 l are preferentially used for firing of ceramics and pottery. The smaller furnaces are used in leisure activities or in schools. In porcelain industry, these furnaces are used for decorating firing of high-quality pieces due to the low dust pollution in the inner chamber compared to gas-fired furnaces.
Moreover, these furnaces are also used in the industry for manufacturing of isolators or other technical ceramic.
The shuttle kilns of our KK-H models with a useful chamber volume of 1050 l, 1860 l and 2760 l offer the advantage of fast and easy charging. The goods can be loaded on the furnace outside of the furnace. In combination with a second furnace, the productivity can be increased considerably.
Shuttle kilns are also available as option for smaller furnaces of our KK models.
