For stress relieving LHT furnaces are used. Depending on material and requests you can use the air circulated furnace of the series KK-U, useful chamber 40 – 350, Tmax up to 950 °C, AK 30 – 500 liter, 950 °C. Special sizes up to more m³ are possible.
In case higher temperatures are needed, furnace of the series HK 30 – 600 liter, 1300 °C, KK and KKH up to 3 m³ are used.
If building components have to be treated only partially, for example on welding seams, often the technology of the inductive heating is used for stress relieving. LHT therefore produces middle and high frequency generators. The inductors will be adapted for the workpiece by us. In case the coil should be lead manually the inductor can be connected to the generator via flexible lines.
