The most important characteristics:

• Thermal process especially adapted to the product for curing of a surface coating on aluminum surfaces
• Compact continuous belt furnace for application in industry with a useful chamber of app. 997 l (heated length: W 700 x H 250 x D 5.700 mm)
• Design as reverse product flow furnace (loading and unloading at same furnace side)
• Synchronized cross conveyor at the inlet and at the end of the heating track
• Transport of the material on product carriers/pallets via chain conveyor lines
• Cycle time 60 sec. (alterable), middle transport speed 163 mm/min
• The heating system is designed a heating register with tube radiators and separated in two heating ones à 37,5 kW each
• Transport of the pallets is effected by two parallel chain lines through the furnace and cooling channel

• Horizontal air duct in the heating zones by three two-way installed cross-flow fans and two cross-flow fans in the cooling track with a volume flow of 3000 m³/h each
