Heating system made of FeCrAl heating elements in ceiling and bottom, 43 kW heating power, separated symmetrically in flow direction in 5 control zones
Transport of material on tight spiral chain belt made of 1.4301, with bended channel edge of 30 mm
Frequency controlled transport speed in range of 50 – 200 mm/min
Staggered cooling system consisting of inactive and active cooling zones by axial fan underneath transport belt and manually adjustable exhaust flaps
