Applications:

graphitization/carbonisation, oxydation

Furnace line for production/ heat treatment of carbon fiber of PAN (3 to 48 K) consisting of a chamber furnace (FKU-4-200/200/2000/300) for oxidation, a tube furnace (FRHT-4-100/2000/1100) for carbonization and a tube furnace (GRH-4-100/2000/1600) for graphitization.

Other possible applications are:

Oxidation, carbonization, graphitization of other carbon fiber materials in flow through process e. g. based on Lignin

    • Max. operating temperature up to 1600 °C
    • Air lock technique for in and out coming product
